If you lost your passport while in Kazakhstan you must report this to the police. The police in Kazakhstan will give you a card with the case number on. This is to show that you have reported your passport lost or stolen. Once this is complete you need to go to the Canadian Embassy in Kazakhstan to apply for a new passport. You will need to complete these applications forms and add the police case number to this passport application.
