Ig you live or work in Qatar and need consular assistance you will need to contact the Canadian Embassy om Qatar for assistance. There are a number of services which the Embassy provides. If you are wanting to have a notarized copy of your qualifications, the Embassy can assist. There is access to a public notary if you make an appointment for this service. Losing a passport, getting married as well as registering a Canadian born abroad.

If you have lost your passport then this need to be reported to the police. They will provide you with a police case number on a card.
