If you are getting married while in the country. You will need a letter from the Canadian Embassy to state that you are single and able to get married. This letter will need to be translated and certified to be accepted by the local government offices. Once you are married you would have to translate and certify the marriage certificate. In this way you spouse can now apply for a Canadian spouse visa and go home with you. If you have given birth then you will need to register the child at the Embassy. You will need all your birth registration documents from the local government. Have these translated and certified. Complete the needed forms and register a Canadian born abroad.
