They will issue you with a police report and a case number. You will need to take this with you to the Canadian Embassy in Norway. You will need to complete the necessary forms and add the police report to this. The Embassy staff will then issue you with an emergency or temporary travel document. If you live in Norway then you might need to wait on a new passport.
If you are getting married while in Norway you will need to obtain a letter from the Canadian Embassy to certify that you are single and able to marry.
